How It Works

1.    E-mail us the picture to ars.longa@windowslive.com

                            The picture should be in high resolution, preferably in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, or .tiff format. 

                            Please mention also the name of artist you would prefer.

                            Your photo will be used for portraying purposes only.

2.    We send you a confirmation e-mail

3.    Within 2 to 5 weeks we complete your request

                           The completion time depends on difficulty and number of persons portrayed.

4.    We e-mail you the scan of the portrait with a watermark

                           You can refuse the portrait if you do not like it, or order a new one.

5.    You confirm

6.    We send you the portrait

            a) We deliver the portrait to the address you have provided COD

                           Upon receiving the portrait you pay the price and shipment charges.

                           This is for deliveries within Slovakia and the Czech Republic only.                           

            b) You will be asked to pay the total price (incl. shipment charges)

                 by bank transfer before we send you the portrait
