You may send your picture in .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, or .tiff. We suggest sending the highest resolution and quality available.

After you e-mail us your photo, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. From this time on, it will last from 2 to 5 weeks till the portrait is completed (depending on difficulty and the number of persons portrayed).

Yes. Once your drawing is ready, we e-mail you the scan to of it. You can still refuse the drawing if you don't like it without paying.

No. A4 and A5 formats will be sent to you stretched without framing, A3 format will be rolled in art tube, which is free of charge.

We accept payments by bank tranfers or COD (cash on delivery). For further details, please consult "How It Works" section. 

We accept Euros. The customers from the Czech Republic choosing the COD payment option can pay Czech crowns.

No. These pictures are not for sale. However, you can order a copy of some of these pictures. Their comletion period would be the same as in any other portrait.
